【学术报告】Ranking and Weighting the Smart Cities Using a Web-based Software and a New Ordinal Priority Approach (OPA)

报告人简介Mohammad Reza Feylizadehis an Associate Professor of college of Engineering, Islamic Azad University, Shiraz, Iran. His major area of research are Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) Approaches, Optimization Methods, and Maintenance Management. He has been published papers in leading journals including “Applied Soft Computing”, “Expert Systems with Applications”, “International Journal of Disaster Risk Reduction”, “Journal of Cleaner Production”, “Journal of Air Transport Management”, “Group Decision and Negotiation”, “International Journal of Fuzzy Systems”, among others. He serves as a member of the Editorial Advisory Board for “Grey Systems: Theory and Application” and also elected as “Standing Director of the International Association of Grey Systems and Uncertainty and Belt and Road Branch of GSUA” until October 2028, and also assessor, supervisor and advisor for the different Ph.D. theses about Fuzzy systems, grey theory, Optimization, MCDM and Maintenance Management.

He has more than 10 scientific talks in different Universities and cities of China. The current presentation is related to a new method called Ordinal Priority Approach (OPA) in Multiple Attribute Decision-Making (MADM) to rank and weigh the Smart Cities. First, the important criteria of smart cities will be determined and then using a Web-based Software and a new OPA approach the smart cities will be weighted and ranked.
